Bulgarian manufacturer and distributor of a dosage "Sopharma" plans to acquire Moldovan company engaged in the trade of drugs. The news was announced by chairman of the board of directors of the company Ognyan Donev, during a meeting with investors.
Donev commented that "Sopharma" has filed notice of its intention to 10 days waiting for permission ontsentratsiya local anti-monopoly commission. If permission is granted, the company will acquire wholesaler of medicines in Chisinau razpolzgasht a warehouse and a chain of 11 pharmacies in Moldova.
This is the second foreign market where the company builds. The first is Serbia, where the subsidiary of "Sopharma", "Sopharma Trading" operated successfully for more than 1 year.
Hopes of "Sopharma Trading" have become a major market leader on the growing market in Serbia and subsequently expand its activities in Romania.
