This year's survey "Year through the eyes of the business" of the Bulgarian Industrial Association, reported slightly improved business climate in the country. Bulgarian companies surveyed, demonstrate and weak optimism about next year.
While last year declared corporate improvement were 12%, then this year the percentage is relatively higher -any third of respondents stated that his company has improved his condition. Despite these indicators, the share of companies that deterioration is higher - a whopping 35%.
Respondents companies highlighted their dissatisfaction with the work of the institutions and the tax and regulatory burden.
Most respondents reported no increase in corruption, shadow economy, crime and regulatory burden.
12% of respondents say that deterioration has occurred in access to justice, while 26% of respondents believe that there has been a positive change in access to credit.
The emphasis is on the problem, it needs to invest in staff training in human resources and wage growth.
For next year, 37% of respondents predict improvement in the business environment, while 25% believe that economic growth will not be there even possible levels to drop it.
"The impact of Brexit on the European economy will not be symbolic, but we're related. Will indirectly have an impact, since Britain is a major donor to the EU budget "- said by the BIA, but the majority of respondents did not believe that Britain leaving the EU will affect their business.
The good news is that 65% of employers plan to raise salaries in 2017. And another 45% will not change the number of jobs.
