More and more Bulgarian companies venturing into the global market. Many small and large enterprises in the country to successfully conclude transactions in international markets and manage to be quoted because of the good value for money. A Bulgarian IT company - "Bulpros" also managed to conclude such a deal, but this time in the role of buyer. A few weeks ago the company acquired the German company Group Business Software (GBS). The deal was for 11 mln. Euros at the end of last year, "Bulpros" buy stake in another German company - Innotec Marketing.
The purchase of two IT companies gives "Bulpros' ability to offer new products to market, to have access to the network of customers and consolidate its presence in the German market, which carries 70% of the company's revenue.
Currently "Bulpros" is one of the fastest growing companies in the country. It was founded in 2010. five people and now business is doubling every year. Not expected delay.
"Our latest deal will lead to the next doubling of our business." Said one of the founders - Ivaylo Slavov.
The company's turnover last year was around 50 million. Lev as including also includes revenue from the company's participation in the activities of Innotec Marketing. The next goal is to generate 100 million. Lev annual turnover.
If this target is achieved, "Bulpros" will be the company with the highest revenue in the country.
The deal with GBS has brought with it new offices in Canada, England and Germany and 120 new employees. Currently the company employs 950 employees. Mainly deals with cloud infrastructure, Internet security and digital solutions.
"The focus of security we have shortages. Before the deal with GBS in this area worked only a few people. GBS was the best addition, because develops systems for secure communication. "Said Slavov.
"Bulpros" has started as a small outsourcing company. Today we offer its own products, services and BPO. Before the deal, the company had 15 employees in Frankfurt.
"We are about to join their teams in Germany. Integrate them and to unify their management will be a challenge, given these growth rates. "Says Slavov.
