Saglasie JSC will acquire 100% of the capital of Tokuda Health Insurance EAD. The deal has already been approved by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC). The intentions of "Saglasie" for acquisition were announced on the FSC website.
According to FSC data, as at 31 December 2016, Tokuda Health Insurance reported a profit of BGN 57 thousand. The profit of Saglasie was BGN 15 thousand. Tokuda Health Insurance reported a gross premium income of BGN 2,938 million for the past year. This represents a market share of 0.2% based on the total premium income.
The company has assets of BGN 6.5 million at the end of 2016. An account in a trade register shows that Tokuda Health Insurance owns capital of BGN 4.6 mln. The company was registered in 2007. And is part of the Tokushkaika Medical Group Corporation.
