Offset Group is a Bulgarian family type printing house, established in 1993. In addition to standard production of printed materials and packaging, the company has a wide portfolio of printing technologies. In 2014, Offset Group specializes in the production of luxury packaging for the food and cosmetics industry as well as the production of high quality corporate printed products for customers from Bulgaria and Europe.
One of the biggest advantages of Offset Group is that over the years, the company has been investing primarily in technologies in the field of luxury printing and printing effects.
According to the company's owners, the biggest difficulty they faced when starting the company was the concept of developing a native, technology-based production based on world standards and trends.
10 years later, the company again faces difficulty, this time from technology infrastructure and the recruitment of qualified staff. After technical upgrading and investment in the IT segment, Offset Group jumps over this difficulty and continues its development not only in Bulgaria but also on the global market.
"Here the problem turned out to be another - although we managed to get to the decision maker, the" Bulgaria "brand did not work for our benefit. In most cases, a lot of effort and negotiation was needed to reach a specific order. Our prices were competitive, but there was no trust, "the commune said.
At present, Offset Group has a UK sales office where most of its exports are concentrated. They work successfully with clients from the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France.
"We have proposals for official representations in countries outside the European Union - Israel, Oman, Dubai, etc., but things in these countries are still at an early stage," says Georgi Hristov, owner of the company.
The company's strategy is always to be the first in absorbing and integrating global innovation in the field of printing. This strategy has worked for their benefit for more than 20 years. Hristov says it's not easy to always be your first, but their strategy has so far reinforced their position as an innovative company that they are even consulting their competitors.
"Our future plans are fully related to expanding the company's sales to foreign markets as well as investing in new printing technologies. I think the quality we offer is absolutely equivalent to that of Western European producers in the field of printing. Our advantage is competitive prices and I think this is the formula for success not only for us but for all the valuable Bulgarian manufacturers. "- commented Hristov.
