Irina Belcheva, who is Chief Expert at the Ministry of Energy and is among the most active and prominent civil servants in Bulgaria, shows respect for her colleagues by congratulating them on the New Year's arrival in her personal Facebook profile.

Irina Belcheva is also the winner of the prestigious title Miss Bulgaria for 2017.
