National Action Plan for Employment provides this year 21 400 unemployed to be hired. Furthermore, by means of the program, 11,000 people will be involved in training.
New incentive measure in the plan is the introduction of duality training for unemployed without qualification. Will provide grants to employers for each job created for training through work.
For the first time allow for outsourcing of services to the unemployed. Will provide amounts "supported employment" of intermediary companies registered unemployed persons who face the greatest difficulties in job placement, because they have a high degree of disability, or other problems are most at risk.
The funds will be allocated to the business firms that made them a job after they helped them with services, consulting, training and joined the others. Term employment will be less than 12 months. It is planned to include 2,000 people.
A new incentive measure is provided incentives for employers to engage in employment of 1,400 unemployed vulnerable groups in the labor market. These are people registered as unemployed for at least six months unemployed up to 24 years, those with primary or lower education and people over 50, which will subsidize half of the remuneration and compensation payable by employer contributions.
