For several years, Bulgaria has enjoyed strong investor interest from foreign companies. After the construction of "Trakia economic zone", many companies have decided to expand their business precisely here. This trend is growing in other cities (except Sofia), investors are directed to and Stara Zagora, Dobrich, Sofia, Dimitrovgrad and others.
During a meeting between Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and Chinese business delegation in the country, company president Wang Jun SITIK Group has submitted an investment project to build a plant for the production of aluminum automotive wheels in Rousse.
The Chinese delegation has given a promise that production in the country will comply with all environmental standards of the EU. It is expected that the investment in the plant amounts to 100 mln. USD and open 300 jobs.
On the other hand, Borisov presented the advantages of Bulgaria as a strategic location with blagoprichtni tax and economic arrangements. Both countries expressed willingness for further deepening partnership and cooperation between Bulgarian and Chinese business.
