The enterprise includes the following main assets:
1. Production base for processing and storage of walnuts 8500 sq.m., built in 2022, including:
• 1500 m2 new warehouses with a 120 m3 cold room;
• New German equipment for processing walnuts (nuts), including calibration, drying, breaking and separating belt lines with the capacity to process 50-100 tons of walnuts per year;
• Photovoltaic plant 60 kW for own needs;
Agricultural machinery (tractors and attached equipment, trucks, etc.);
2. 203 decares of young (6 years) permanent organic walnut plantations with proven French varieties (Lara, Fernor and Fernet), of which:
– 80 decares of own land in Natura 2000;
– 123 decares with a 20-year lease agreement with the municipality;
3. 15 acres of additional own land subject to planting with perennials;
4. Part of the company's assets is an existing building (former barn) located on the bank of the Danube river. The real estate has a built-up area of 500 m2 and is located on an area of 1000 m2, directly on the banks of the Danube river.
Option:: The enterprise has approved projects. Depending on the investment intentions of the new owner, processing capacity can be expanded, new machinery and equipment, cold storage, etc. can be purchased.
