I am selling a property where we have been running a small family business for 4 years. The property is 2 decares with an old house, which together with the veranda is about 130 m². It is located on the main road in the village of Kamen Bryag, situated between Kavarna and Shabla. It is 90 km from Varna Airport, 23 km from Kavarna, 20 km from Cape Kaliakra, 19 km from Bolata Beach, 9 km from Rusalka Beach, 4 km from the picturesque shore of the village of Tyulenovo, and 16 km from Shabla. The restaurant is a 25-minute walk from the Yaylata Nature Reserve. The village itself is known for gathering thousands of people on July Morning.
Our modest tavern has a 4.8 rating on Google from 235 reviewers. We operated it for 4 summers, and thanks to my 72-year-old mother, who has been a cook all her life, we had many satisfied customers. There is another restaurant in the village, which does not have a good reputation. The winner of MasterChef Season 7, Maria Zhekova, had a wonderful post about us on Instagram, which brought us new clients. Some of the comments on Google have brought tears to my eyes. "Beer and Grill at Grandma Mara" became famous for the best fish soup and mussels, whose recipes are included with the property (we have even sent them to Sofia), as well as with the Google profile.
During the active part of the season, the village has over 300 people, most of whom come every summer. We even have a professor from Oxford who spends 1-2 months in the village every summer. I am selling it/seeking a partner-investor for several reasons: it's high time for my parents to retire. I do not understand the restaurant business. To make the restaurant I want it to be, I need a substantial amount which I do not have. Therefore, I am open to various options.
