Over the past two years, Sea Snobs has become the stage for the hottest and most fun parties featuring famous DJs and guest performers.
The bar offers 350 beach seats arranged in 8 tents (2 VIP), umbrellas seating 4 people, equipped with tables and bean bags. Additionally, there is a 90 m² shaded area under a solid roof, featuring a DJ booth, a long bar with over 40 seats, side bars, and bar tables, which are the main entertainment spot for afternoon beach fun!
We have a registered and operating kitchen, categorized as a "Bistro." Over the past two seasons, the venue has served diverse menus of local dishes, salads, pizzas, burgers, desserts, and more! The bar also has two private toilets, fully equipped with a pump and a system for wastewater disposal into the sewer system.
Included in the deal and price are:
- 3 monitors and a Barsy system server
- 2 cash registers
- Video surveillance system
- Sound system and speakers
- Fully equipped kitchen: gas grill, fryers, freezers, coolers, bar equipment, umbrellas, bean bags, and all other items used in operations to date, making the bar completely ready for the upcoming summer season!
