The shortage of qualified again becomes the number one problem for the business in Bulgaria. According to Nadya Vassileva of Menpower Bulgaria, the business should start training the staff needed to fill vacancies.
At the same time, however, the state must also make projections related to state policy on the import of personnel. This, according to Vasileva, is the only way for businesses to deal with the lack of employees.
Training is a good way not only for qualification but also for staff training. Typically, trainings do not take place too long, and this allows businesses to quickly fill vacancies.
According to Vassileva, Asia is the most attractive for importing cadres, as workers would be content with the salary they receive.
