An art refuge and restaurant in the center of Sofia with gourmet healthy cuisine... amidst a quiet bamboo garden and paintings. In addition to delicious and healthfully transformed organic farm products into culinary temptations, you can explore the works of over 50 contemporary, established Bulgarian artists. An accent is also placed on the on-site kneaded lime sourdough bread, fermented for 20 hours, baked on a stone slab, and the raw sweet masterpieces, without sugar and flour, entirely inspired by Bulgarian organic fruits and nuts. We offer craft Bulgarian beer, a special selection of organic whiskies, boutique Bulgarian sulfite-free wines, teas made from Bulgarian herbs, and wines grown at altitudes ranging from 800m to 2000m above sea level, on the southern slopes of the Rila Mountain.
The quiet, typical for old Sofia inner courtyard has been transformed into a cool, evergreen tropical forest and an art gallery with a rich cultural program - exhibitions, concerts, various art workshops.
History of the business
Since 2020, we have had a team and clients, operating a working business. We believe that Consciousness leads to more happiness for people and less harm to Nature. Our contribution is consciously and masterfully prepared vegetarian food, with care for health and... the palate.
We strive for careful research of the products we invest in, in order to be: free from pesticides, artificial fertilizers, and chemical additives to the greatest extent possible; prepared in a healthier way; grown by conscientious individuals, preferably in Bulgarian gardens.
We are here to show that it is possible to live with less, but with quality food, without enhancers, chemicals, and flavorings.
Why are you selling the business?
I have another project that requires my attention. At the moment, managing the establishment also requires a significant amount of attention, which I am not willing to dedicate as time.
